Meet the Chef

Chef Kason Horn, was born and raised in North Texas. While gaining experience in fine dining, local restaurants, and corporate dining he has geared his focus on tex-mex cuisine and sourcing as much local product as possible. Being that he grew up in Granbury Tx and has spent a lot of time in Fort Worth he has built his business in the area. When he is not on the food trailer he spends his free time hiking with his aussiedoodle Ottie, cooking for friends and family, and visiting local breweries, wineries, and restaurants. His goal is to one day have his own brick and mortar along with other restaurants and businesses.

This is elevated Tex Mex. The food is fresh, flavorful and beautifully put together. We had the chicken flautas, chicken quesadilla, homemade chips and queso and the elote. Everything was really good. You can taste the love. We will definitely be back! Super nice owner too. 5 stars!
